Yes, but you can win your entry fee back by selling event tickets.

In any licensed kitchen or from scratch AT the event.

A church or a club can sponsor you, letting you use their licensed kitchen. Or, every year, we have competitors cook from scratch AT the event using our temporary event license.  We can supply the burners and other equipment potentially at no cost to you. We also have time reserved at the Artisan Exchange kitchen in West Chester just for you. Reach out to us so we can help you plan the best option for you. You just need to bring your ingredients, cookware and friends.

We expect everyone to cook at least 10 lbs of dry pasta.  Businesses usually make 16 lbs or more of dry pasta. The more you make the more chances you have at winning!

2-3 ounces. We supply the serving cups & spoons.

There are 2 ways to win: by a panel of judges and by ticket holders’ votes.

$250 will be awarded to three 1st Place winners: Judge’s Choice, People’s Choice and Kid’s Choice and Best First Year Competitor.  1st, 2nd & 3rd Place winners will receive a trophy.
